Privacy Notice

For privacy requests about A1 Baby Photo Editor, contact support@a1babyphoto.com.
Who the service is for
A1 is for adults who are a parent, guardian, or otherwise authorized to process the selected child’s photo. We do not provide child-operated accounts or a public photo gallery. We ask for adult and photo-authority confirmation before upload.
Information we handle
We handle sign-in provider identifiers and account contact details; device and security signals; market and consent records; purchase, credit, and transaction records; the single photo you select; transformation choices, generation status, and result images; child profile nicknames and optional birthdays; finished collage, announcement, and invitation designs; and support or notification preferences you choose to provide. The app re-encodes selected images to remove embedded metadata before processing. We do not need broad access to your photo library.
Why and with whom
We use this information to authenticate you, process the selected photo, screen for misuse, provide results, fulfill purchases, secure the service, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. Photos may be processed by image-generation and safety providers and stored in private cloud infrastructure. Authentication, payments, hosting, support, and security providers receive only information needed for their roles. Processing may occur outside your province or country, where local laws may apply. Ask us at the address above for current provider and location details.
We do not make your photos public. Access is limited to your authenticated account and authorized operations needed to provide, secure, and support the service. Service email may include credit, purchase, refund, and account updates. We use Zoho CPaaS/ZeptoMail for transactional email, SendGrid as a fallback and for optional engagement email, and Expo for optional mobile push. Email delivery providers receive your verified email address and the message needed for delivery; Expo receives a device push token and generic notification text. We do not put child names, birthdays, photos, or support identifiers in email-provider metadata or push text. Engagement email and push each require an off-by-default choice and can be turned off in the app; engagement email also has an unsubscribe link. Server milestone reminders require a separate choice for each child profile and use the optional birthday only to schedule the selected milestone. Existing on-device reminders do not enable server reminders. We keep consent and delivery status records to respect your choices and troubleshoot delivery; pending sends and messaging contact data are removed during account deletion, except suppression or consent evidence that must be retained for legal or abuse-prevention purposes.
Storage and retention
Finished portraits, collages, announcements, and invitations remain in your private A1 account until you delete them or your account. A1 does not automatically expire these creations. Source photos and processing files remain temporary and are queued for cleanup after processing; outages or retries may delay physical removal. If your storage allowance is full or a plan ends, existing creations remain viewable and downloadable while new creation is paused. Removing a creation or deleting an account revokes access and starts a cleanup process. Necessary purchase, security, audit, and legally required records may be kept longer for those purposes. Cloud backups and service providers may have separate retention schedules. You can download a creation to Photos or Files; that copy is then controlled by your device and its backup settings. Browser caches are not your authoritative A1 history.
Your choices
You can view and download available results, delete individual results, manage optional notification choices, request an account export, or request account deletion through the app or support@a1babyphoto.com. You may also ask us about access, correction, or a privacy concern. We may need to confirm that a request belongs to your account before acting. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may contact the privacy regulator that applies where you live.
Security and changes
We use encrypted connections, private storage, access controls, and restricted operational access to protect customer information. We may update this notice when our providers or service change, and we will present a material change for renewed consent where required.
